Yoga consists of so much more than physical poses and in our private one-on-one yoga sessions, we can explore and create together in a nurturing, respectful space with undivided discreet attention. Private yoga classes are specific, individually designed 60-minute sessions that focus on individual or small private group dynamics. Our time together is tailored to achieve individual goals, such as learning the basics of the practice, better alignment, philosophy, meditation or just preparing you for what to expect in larger group environments.
My approach is nurturing and attentive while always remembering to not take ourselves too seriously! Private yoga sessions can be done online, or in person if you reside in the Netherlands. Should the traveling distance be more than 20 minutes, there will be an additional fee to cover travel expenses.
