WHAT IS PARTNER YOGA?
Partner yoga is a fun-filled practice where two people combine their limbs and intentions to create shapes with their bodies.We learn to trust, to communicate and to be reminded of our connectedness to each other. We also have plenty of laughs and are reminded not to take ourselves too seriously!
After exploring some shapes together, you will be guided into a restful guided relaxation to end off the afternoon.
