I am always left in awe at how powerful a gathering of women under the full moon can be. We shared stories of hardships and challenges while exploring through breathing and contemplation, what it was that we could, with gratitude for the journey and the lessons, put down. We practiced yoga in the sunlight, shared cacao in the moonlight and took a cold-water plunge in between!
