BEACH, SEA, YOGA RETREAT

The West Coast of South Africa is a magical place full of breathtaking beauty and wide open spaces. Here a group of fun-loving yogis spent the weekend not only doing yoga and meditation, but also building friendships and making lasting memories. We shared stories, wine and plenty of belly-laughs! It was so much fun that we vowed to do it again, possibly making it an annual beach retreat.
