The West Coast of South Africa is a magical place full of breathtaking beauty and wide open spaces. Here a group of fun-loving yogis spent the weekend not only doing yoga and
meditation, but also building friendships and making lasting memories. We shared stories, wine and plenty of belly-laughs! It was so much fun that we vowed to do it again, possibly making it an annual beach retreat.

This retreat was a window of opportunity to connect during a rather trying time of lockdowns and limitations. The weekend was filled with outdoor yoga practices, kahuna massages, gong baths and an incredibly memorable new moon fire ceremony shared by a group of open-hearted, spirited yogis.

Sophia and I are natural yoga partners & came up with the idea of bringing this fun workshop to our community. There were not only plenty of belly laughs, but deep connections and meaningful support from someone practicing alongside you.

One of my all-time favourite events! Each yogi with their own set of headphones tuned to an epic DJ set to salute the sun 108 times. It definitely feels exhilarating moving to some carefully curated tunes in the full winter sun!
Modderfontein Conservation Area | July 2019
Another installment of our annual celebration of closing off the year with yoga under the full moon. The sunset was a beautiful gift to the yogis who come to practice around the bonfire!

The Sunrise Flow on Valentine’s Day 2020 was a very special event as it was one of the last events we were able to enjoy prior to the global covid pandemic forcing us all to be apart. The sunrise was truly magical through the mist, connecting our hearts to compassion and tolerance.
Flamingo Dam, Modderfontein | February 2020
2020 had many challenges, but it didn’t stop us from connecting with an incredible tribe of willing and committed yogis to perform 108 Sun Salutations together, online, in real-time. The energy we collectively generated was so incredible!
Virtual Event | May 2020
We improvised to get our tribe to commit to a practice that would make time spent apart and in lockdown seem a little more meaningful & connected. All these wonderful yogis sent selfies of their daily practice which motivated everyone in the group and had us all in stitches of laughter. 30 days of yoga. In a row. It was epic.
Virtual Event | July 2020
We called on the divine feminine power of the full moon, once again around a bonfire encircled by a hand-painted mandala, where our guests could burn all that needed to be left in the year past to make space for abundance in the new year.
