200-HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
28 March 2025 – 31 August 2025
In collaboration with Free Spirit Wellness

This hybrid 200-hour Teacher Training brings you the combined experience of two teachers who have studied diverse and complimentary disciplines ranging from asana to sound, meditation to plant medicine, philosophy to business ownershop and everything in between.
We have drawn threads from a variety of inter-disciplinary modalities to weave a teacher training course that introduces solid foundations from where teachers can build their experience and expertise in many different directions relating to body, mind and being.
5 months part-time 28 March 2025 – 31 August 2025

Taking this 200-hour foundational course will equip you with language and confidence to start your teaching journey, or perhaps you are just curious about practices of movement and meditation modalities. Whether your future involves teaching or not, you will complete this course feeling empowered in your personal practice and enriched with all the tools to confidently guide others in theirs.
Janita and Sophia have carefully curated lessons and material that are useful, relevant, interesting and exciting. In addition to empowering students with the confidence to teach yoga asana based on traditional lineages, we introduce the theme of “sacred sound and ceremony”. At the heart of this course lies a method of creating safe spaces for students to feel held, nourished and transported on their own journey of self-discovery.
